“I am responsible for the monthly payroll for the entire Choice Group and ensure that everyone receives their salary on time at the end of the month. This gives me the opportunity to come into contact with many different colleagues and contacts. The complexity of the job is quite challenging, but I really enjoy it and it offers a varied working day. The versatility and direct contact with employees make my job at Choice particularly exciting and fulfilling. <\/p>\n

What I particularly appreciate about Choice is the open and transparent interaction with colleagues and the positive error culture. “In my role as Fleet Administrator in the <\/span>Procurement-T<\/span>eam I was able to have a direct influence on business processes through the operational handling of purchasing packages. In the course of this varied and exciting job, I had the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects on my own responsibility. These experiences awakened my enthusiasm for project work. Thanks to Choice, I was able to develop into a Junior Project Manager, a position that comes with responsibility. Together with my team, I act as a link between specialist departments and IT to successfully complete projects and optimize processes.
